Same with us. We've had so many animals over the years, there's an entire memorial section on one side of our deck. We'd be heartsick at the idea of leaving.
My comment didn't post! No, it's just a glob of eye goop. That eye seems to have a little irritation sometimes but it's not frequent and doesn't seem to bother her.
The jonquils are perfect next to the grape hyacinths. I'll have to get some, to put in our front yard among the hyacinths and the crepe myrtle vines. Fairy flowers! Thanks for sharing the lovely photos!
Some of my favorite flowers had accidental starts; twice I ordered one thing and by mistake got something way nicer. I love your little daffodils. I have very vigorous tete a tetes, which are early little ones. They are common, not exotic at all, and I think that's part of why I like them--they are like an old friend who cheers you up every time you see them.
Those are lovely. A scent issuch an added bonus!
What a nice post! Something about flowers and pets. Much nicer to read than the antics of politicians. Thank you, Jenny Jordan.
Such perfect beauty in those tiny flowers! 💛
And little Miss Whitsun performing her feline duty ro sit on an open sketchbook. Adorable.
Now I need twinkling yellow jonquils.
Right??
We have a kitty garden too! I can't imagine ever leaving my house because I'll have to leave the garden.

Yes, exactly! I’ve been thinking about what I’d do all day. I have almost 20 names out there.
Us, too.
Those are SO sweet! I wonder how they'd do in a pot?
Very helpful of Whitsun helping you design the back yard - I'm assuming it includes catnip.
(She doesn't have a tick above her left eye, I hope.)
In retrospection, also hope that wasn't an uncomfortable comment. It's been tick o'rama here with Lyme disease and paranoia.
