Prescient words today....We age, female and male, our aged bodies are not nearly what we imagine they could be or are. But still, at some point we encounter "that time"; standing by as a dearly loved one struggles to survive, or when it is truly time, let's go of this space we call life. What are we to do?
I feel the answer is to respond to all with an ancient, perhaps blessing, "pax vobiscum" (I learned in Latin class in High School, BTW).
Peace of mind and spirit....perhaps really epitomized in the total relaxation of a belly-up kitty.

I had a very serious cat who would not sleep until she got her body perfectly symmetrical. And then there is serious little Whitsun...love it!
